I received this mail proposing a business proposal and if I ride with him, I need to contact him via e-mail. He used to introduce himself as Mr. Jean Sankara from again, Bank of Africa (BOA). He has a proposal to transfer a credential accounts from one of his clients, it's an auto insurance and probably from their bank insurances.

But, this mail contains some information that could really encourage anyone who could read it. As you received this mail, don't think to ride immediately, because fraud are just one-click away from you. There's a lot of it flooding over the Internet and don't forget to hit this mail as spam or delete it immediately from your inbox. It's just an annoying mail.
